Welcome to the Gamma Phi Chapter of Phi Sigma at the University of Pennsylvania

Officially nationally recognized in the Spring of 2012, Gamma Phi’s Chapter unites all students, majoring in all fields, who are interested and are currently engaged in biology related research from all the undergraduate schools at the University of Pennsylvania. Our goal is to cultivate a team of young, committed scientists who are propelled by the desire to learn and ready to invent the future. In all, Phi Sigma is devoted to the promotion of research and academic excellence in the biological sciences.

Dani Mohabir is a recent Penn graduate and is starting her first year as an MD/PhD student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at Penn, she studied Health & Societies and spent much of her time doing both biomedical and medical anthropological research. To read more about Dani, click the link below!
